2008: Coming to a Close
What does that mean to me?
It means it’s time to make some New Year’s Resolutions.

What is the definition of resolution?
A resolve or determination: to make a firm resolution to do something.

I know people have the best intentions (myself included) to carry out their New Year’s Resolutions in the beginning. But c’mon… who’s actually carried them out to completion? Most of us make these semi-prodigious lists of things we want to develop or improve on. It’s a little daunting if you ask me!

In my opinion, you can’t make a resolution with the expectation of achievement without taking some course of action to get there.

I’ve decided to switch it up this year by making goals each month in order to accomplish my long-term resolutions. They will seem less daunting and much more attainable. Baby steps!

So there you have it! I will be working hard to reach my goals in 2009 and will try to post them here in da blog to keep myself on track!

Ciao!

Jenn

I don't really do the New Year resolution as well. Just keep on track with the never ending resolution of eating healthy and staying active.
I love your monthly goal. It will keep you stay on track and help you suceed.
